Pierre Large
After a university course oriented towards electronics and automation, I followed a sandwich course in engineering. I did my apprenticeship in a SME near Aix-en-Provence, specialized in networks and telecommunications.
So this was the beginning of my wonderful adventure in the world of software development…
In 2002, I was hired in the IT department of a large French company. We were developing software for the sales teams. Gradually, I became the company’s technical referent.
In early 2010, we began a program to redesign these applications. As a software architect, I participated in this ambitious project developed in Microsoft .NET technology and piloted in agile methodology.
During the project, I held Scrum Master, agile coach and tutor roles in addition to my development activities. In this way, I was able to progress alongside Bernard Fedotoff and Alexandre Boutin, references in their respective fields.
At the beginning of 2015, I joined a steel company in Savoie.
Attached to the industrial IT department, I discovered the constraints of running the workshops 24 hours a day. The reliability and availability of IT tools have a direct impact on production and therefore on the company’s results. In this context, I brought my experience in the improvement of development and continuous integration processes to complement my technical knowledge.
Since 2018, I have been working as an agile .NET consultant on the shores of the Lac du Bourget.
I accompany clients in Switzerland and in the Rhône-Alpes region, on their projects in Microsoft technologies, while applying agile principles.
